Questions

Is it allowed to make a game like another game?

Making your own game in the same style is common, and generally nobody owns a kind of game. Its name, art, music and code are another matter: they belong to its makers, and copying them can get your game taken down. Use the idea, and make everything else yourself.

Is it too late to make a game like one that's already big?

Not if yours is different in a way people can see. A straight copy of a big game has little reason to exist, but the same idea in a new setting, or with one rule changed, can find players of its own.

Should I use a free kit or a leaked copy?

No. Leaked copies can get your game taken down, and free kits are a common place to hide backdoors. Free scripts you can read are safer, and Forja's free backdoor scanner checks anything you do pick up.

Does Forja have anything to do with these games?

No. Forja isn't connected to any of these games or the people who make them. These pages just explain how this kind of game works, so you can build your own.
