The game is called Brainrot Downhill. Players rescue Brainrots by driving down a giant downhill track using a transport cart. Each run randomly selects a Brainrot based on the player's luck, and the goal is to safely deliver it to the finish line while avoiding obstacles such as rocks, spinning hammers, rolling logs, lava, spikes, holes, giant boulders, and other hazards. If the player successfully rescues the Brainrot, it is unlocked in the collection index, appears in the player's base, and automatically generates money over time. The money can be used to purchase better carts, upgrades, and rebirths that increase luck, earnings, and overall progression.
