What is the DevEx rate in 2026?
The standard rate is $0.0038 for each Earned Robux, so 30,000 Robux pays $114.00. Robux earned before September 5, 2025 pay the older $0.0035, and certain purchases by U.S. players verified as 18+ pay $0.0054 in games that qualify.
How many Robux do I need to cash out?
At least 30,000 Earned Robux. You also need to be at least 13, have a verified email address, a DevEx portal account and a tax form (W-9 or W-8) on file with Roblox, and follow its rules.
What are Earned Robux?
Robux you earned from your creations, such as passes and developer products sold in your game. Robux you bought can't be cashed out.
How often can I cash out?
One completed DevEx request a calendar month: paid in January, you can ask again in February.
Why does my payout use the older rate?
Roblox cashes out Robux from before September 5, 2025 first, at the older rate, and only then newer ones at the standard rate. Spending Robux doesn't change the order.
Who gets the U.S. 18+ rate?
It pays $0.0054 on Robux from passes, developer products, subscriptions and private servers bought by U.S. players who verified they are 18 or older, since June 8, 2026. The game has to qualify: players' characters must use R15 or a qualifying custom character for all of their active playtime, never R6.
