Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forja ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. One person may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to distribute all content you upload
• Your products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your products are compatible with Roblox Studio and function as described
• You will respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• You will not upload malicious code, viruses, or backdoors
• You will accurately describe your products, including compatibility and limitations
• You comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards

4. Buyer Rights

Upon completing a purchase, buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset in their Roblox projects. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased assets. Buyers may use purchased assets in unlimited personal Roblox projects unless otherwise specified by the seller. Access to purchased assets is maintained through your account library.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious scripts, exploits, or cheating tools
• Content that violates Roblox's Terms of Use
• Sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Assets containing personal information of others
• Misleading or fraudulent product descriptions
• Stolen or unauthorized copies of other creators' work

6. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to their uploaded content. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Forja a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. The Forja name, logo, and platform design are the property of Forja and may not be used without permission.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Sellers receive payment minus the platform fee (10% on the Free plan, reduced on higher-tier plans) and Stripe processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). Payouts are made directly to your connected Stripe account. Prices are listed in USD. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of products sold on the Platform, all sales are generally final. Buyers may file a dispute within 14 days of purchase if the product is materially different from its description, does not function as advertised, or contains malicious content. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Forja. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, sellers will receive payment for any completed, non-disputed orders. Buyers retain access to previously purchased assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

Forja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers will first be mediated by Forja through our support system. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You agree to attempt resolution through our platform before pursuing legal action.
